Hey everyone. I get the following when starting up my computer:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer...blah blah blah... ***Stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82B40008, 0XC0000102, 0X00000000)

 

I followed all the steps Dell provides (i.e Safe mode, tests, load default setting, etc...) but nothing works. I can't boot up under safe mode, or under the Last Known Config. option. I still get the blue screen. What can I do? Also, I don't know if this matters, but the numeric keypad light is on, despite one not being plugged in (this light was never on before).
