faulty keyboard
win xp / latitude D610
Fault following keys are not working 5, 6, DEL, -, =, Ctrl (lower left)
Background had to remove keyboard and reinstall fault developed after reinstall. Have reinstalled a couple of times, no change. I have to use the on screen key board facility in order to get use of the missing keys. I have spare keyboards from a Dell CPX or another Latitude (early model) can i use these keyboards to identify if my keyboard has gone wrong or is something deeper inside. Is there a way of checking if my keyboard has failed or something more sinster has occurred.
