I've had my computer for two months and the screen is cracked of course Dell is unwillingly to fix unless I pay $400.  That is how much my rent is every month.  I am work in social services and I can't afford to fix it and Dell won't give me my money back. Now I wish that I got another Toshiba laptop.  My old Toshiba laptop is still working without any complications for the past six years.  I got this Dell because I am going back to school and I like that it was wireless. Anyhow, I was wondering if I, a layperson, could replace the screen?
