I have a problem with my Dell Inspiron 17R 5720.

Since roughly 2 weeks i get freezes that result in BSOD. Also at start up. After on/off couple of times it suddenly works.

The error codes in the BSOS differ.

But these 0xc00000185 0xc0000000f are most common also the winlaod.efi file is named.

I have googled a lot to see if i could solve it on my own (without being a wizzkid) and tried a couple of things.

I used the program hd tune to check if anything was wrong with harddisk. Turned out all green.

Then I thought it was my windows and i tried to reinstall from boot menu, with a flash drive.

That didnt really work, wasn't recognized and then i installed windows 10 just directly from flashdrive. Not by changing boot menu.

I still got the freezes and now i looked on the dell site for updates on my drivers.  I downloaded them all and installed them. Only the one for BIOS can't be installed getting the error message something is wrong with ur internetconnection.

I think, also from forums on the internet, it is something with my BIOS.

What can I do?

If someone can help me it would be great but please step by step as i am great in taking steps but not in running marathons. I am not an expert.
