I made a few little tweaks to my computer, very minor.  The next time I booted up, my desktop was completely blank.  I don't think I made any changes that did that; maybe it was a virus.  I can do Ctrl/Alt/Del and then open programs and it all works fine, but my desktop is still blank.  HELP!
