I have a Dell Inspiron M5030 laptop and I've have it for a little over a year now and I feel like a total moron. Yesterday, I was playing a game and I got ticked off and slammed my fist on the lower right hand area of the laptop (the area on the right side of the mousepad). Then my computer turned off and restarted itself. I tried to reboot it normaly but an error kept occuring. This is what it said: Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or such as faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer. If you continue to reeive this error message, contact the hardwarw manufacturer. (I would, but My warranty expired. I don't know if I can renew it.) Status: 0xc00000e9 Info: An unexpected I/O error has occured. Please help me out. I think it's hard ware damage isn't it?
