keep restarting
Hi,
I am having a problem with my dell inspiron 15 that it keep restarting all of sudden and it shows your pc ran into a problem needs to restart.
i had done a hardware diag and it shows a popup and
error code : 2000-0122
validation 89652
msg: memory errors detected limit exceeded additional errors will not be resolved slot: jdimm1
i even try to repair OS and even tried to reinstall the OS, but didnt show me anything.. can you guys help me..
The product still in warranty.

Hi satharcodacal,
The error code 2000-0122 indicates that the memory has failed. Try removing one memory module and swap the memory modules on both slots (One memory at a time) and check if the issue persists.
To remove and reseat the memory referring to the user manual in the link below

In this link punch in the system service tag or express service code and you can access the user manual, once the memory is reseated check if the issue persists.
