microsoft updates

I can't install the works update for today because I don't have a disk  It came preinstalled on my computer but they sent no disk .  Is there anyway to install this update without a disk?

    Thanks but it came with my computer I didn't buy it separately.  I bought my computer from Staples and Works was on the computer
