I brought a new Inspiron 15 (3000) laptop within the last week and since I got it, it just freezes up constantly. It doesn't seem to matter what it is I'm doing on there, it just freezes. I've run the diagnostic checks and it says that everything is fine, which clearly it's not.

Any suggestions?
