From time to time I am seeing odd reddish-purple colors whenever something dark is being displayed. The best example is when I have a dos prompt open I sometimes see patches of staggered red-purple dots/lines on the screen.

Any idea what causes that? Possible heat or drivers issue? I am still running the stock drivers that came with the system as I received it less than 2 weeks ago.

Wanting to know if its a possible service need.
