Problem with LED's

I have since 2 weeks an vostro 3360. Since yesterday, the backlight LED of the "on" switch button, the "power on" LED and the WLAN LED (both in front of the Vostro) don't work (no light).

All other LED's work fine and I don't have other problems with the Vostro. Has anyone an idea to solve this problem ?

    Hi Vostro_3360,

I understand that the LEDs are not working. However looking at the below picture help me understand which LEDs are not working:

Also let me know if you are able to connect to internet wirelessly.

    Hi Kiran K !

The 1. and the 4. LED are not working. The Notebook is able to connect to internet by WLAN.

    Thanks,

    Hi Vostro_3360,

The WLAN light will work only while you are connecting to internet. The LED not coming indicates it might have failed. I request you to reply with the system service tag so that I can check and let you know what needs to be done.

I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.

I am sending you a private message as well. Click on “Inbox” to respond to the message and provide system’s Service Tag and contact details so I may access your system records and check for further course of action. You could also click on Start Conversation to send a private message.

    Hi Kiran K !

I contacted the German Dell Support. They think I have an problem with my Hardware. We tested many functions, but nothing solved my problem.

They send an Technican tomorrow. I report, when the problem is solved and what the error was.

    Thanks for your help.
