Hello,

For a while now I am having problems when I click to save a document or click to attach a document to an email for example: it takes ages for the folder to open or the computer stalls completely and I need to start over again. What could be the cause of this. I have an Inspiron 17R with Windows 8.1 and Intel I7 processor. The computer is 1.5 year old.

Any suggestions/advice welcome
