I bought a laptop Latitude E6430 from Dell outlet.

At the 1st day of real usage, "out of nowhere", the touchpad started behaving weirdly: it lost its sensitivity, not responding consistently to the movements of the fingers on top of it: sometimes it moves  fast, sometimes it doesn't move at all, sometimes its slow. Before the problem had appeared, it worked very well.

At the same time, pointstick device works very well, without any issue.

Tried to reboot the machine, turn touchpad on / off, restore its default settings - no help.

Any hint on how I can resolve the issue, before calling the support and dealing with technicians?
