Hi,

 

I have a continous problem with my Dell D600 laptop. Unusually I've seen this problem pop up before on another Dell of the same model, exactly after about 4 months of the laptop build.

The problem is this....

A message keeps popping up saying the USB device has not been recognized or Windows has not recognized USB device. It keeps disconnected and re-connecting itself. Its beginning to do this erratically at it's own expense!!!

I've been told before that it is a problem with the D600 and its built in Bluetooth card??? and to upgrade the bluetooth drivers from the dell website?

I've tried this but it didn't work, I've also tried disabling the bluetooth, unistalling the usb controller 24CD but no luck.

If more than 3 latitude users have seen this problem before then surely there has to be a permanent fix???

Can anybody please help me with this dilema???? its driving me maaad!!!!!
