Last month I ordered an XPS 15 9560. Upon arrival, I had realized that the keyboard backlight bleeds through the top grate on to the screen hinge, as shown in the picture below. Although I have spoken to the support a few times about it, they insist that nothing is wrong despite the fact that every other XPS 15 I have looked at both online and in-person do not have this problem. Although I doubt this causes performance issues, it is extremely annoying to look at and is distracting. What can I do about this to get Dell to fix it? I have contacted them numerous times and the useless Indian tech support insist that nothing is wrong.
