Faint vertical grey lines

I'm going through the same issue. Faint vertical grey lines throughout the display, it is exactly the same as figure 2 from DELL-Chris M. It wasn't always like this, it appeared lately. On the upper right side they are a bit more constrasted. Even though just really noticeable on whitish background they are so annoying!

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private monitor Service Tag.
