Well iw as messing around in the acessibility options and display setting when  the computer flicked and everything turned upside down.. my desktop that is windows was literally operating upside down.. any way so I reinstalled windows.. and I can't change my resolution it stays on 640 x 480 I want it 1400 x whatever but it won't let me increase it...everything on my screen is huge!!help me tellme it is a simple solution
