I am running a Dell OptiPlex and I have just added a P793 flat screen monitor. The monitor seems to be working fine accept for one thing. In every application when I rest the mouse over an icon so a little lext box appears to tell me what that button does - a little "blank" text box appears but there is never text inside, eg. not telling me that the save button "saves", but still showing me a little blank box where this word should appear. Is there a simple solution to this problem - I have already tried to update the driver for the monitor and it didn't seem the problem.
