I have had my monitor for about a month and there is a black line that runs the full width of the monitor about 2 inchs above the bottom of the screen. I tried the screen test identified in this forum and when the screen is dark, the line appears in the same location but multi colored. I also reset toe the factory default with no change. Do I need to get a replacement for my monitor?
