Problem: vertical shifting colored lines displayed on the monitor. Nothing else is visible. Might be horizontal lines were displayed also, but are not now.

Factory defaults: unable to restore, monitor does not display menu.

Diagnostics: works correctly, here is a video 

As you can see in the video, diagnostics work. The monitor is only connected to power outlet, no other cables inserted. In the video you can see what exactly is the problem. Also during the diagnostics a lot of burned in pixels of task bar and whatnot were visible, especially in the beginning of color white stage (that are not normally visible during use, and disappeared after a few seconds of white color stage ), seems like the last displayed image is somehow in memory.

Monitor got his problem when in use connected to computer - I left the computer for a few minutes, screen turned of, I moved the mouse to wake it up and it was full of colored lines.

Would greatly appreciate any help! If you can't see the video please tell me, it's now set as unlisted but should work.
