I have Thinkpad E590 (Intel UHD Graphics 620) USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C connected to U2419HC (1080p), everything is working perfectly. My Thinkpad E590 is charging via USB Type-C and I also have connection to my external HDD and keyboard that are connected to the U2419HC USB downstream ports.

Since Pandemic I am working from home and I need another screen.

I am checking Dell U3419W , my question here is can I connect my laptop via USB-C on U3419W and having full performance (Data , Charging , access to peripherals ,1440p quality) and connect laptop via HDMI to U2419HC at the same time and get 1080p quality.

It will be better to connect them via MST, but I think U3419W  does not support MST.
