I'm facing the same issue with my Dell U3821DW screen, connected to 2 devices : one via DP and one via USB-C. I have a network RJ-45 connected to the screen, as well as a keyboard & mouse. When connecting my laptop with a single USB-C cable to the Dell U3821DW, everything works great for a while. But during Teams calls the network connection drops regularly during a few seconds, and then comes back again. I tried the suggested USB-C Prioritization but no luck, the issue remains. My network is stable and works perfectly when connected directly into the laptop. I'd need some help to get this issue fixed for a 1000+ EUR screen. Thank you!
