Hi Guys,
We have a client in the DMZ that is part of it's own workgroup. we are trying to back this client up and we can succesfully achieve this by doing a manual backup from the client. However if we try a backup from the server we get the following failure:
07/24/07 08:50:38 savegrp: command 'savefs -s elara.iam.corp.investec.com -c dorado -g Test -p -l full -R -v ' for client dorado exited with return code 1.
07/24/07 08:50:38 savegrp: dorado:probe will retry 1 more time(s)
07/24/07 08:51:28 savegrp: command 'savefs -s elara.iam.corp.investec.com -c dorado -g Test -p -l full -R -v ' for client dorado exited with return code 1.
07/24/07 08:51:28 savegrp: dorado:probe will retry 0 more time(s)
al hosts files are updated correctly.
does anyone have any ideas?

Have you opened the required Service ports from the server to the client & configured them on NMC?
