Tonight (2015-12-03) we got a power cut in our secondary datacenter. The backupserver and our tape library wen't totally offline and after that we are having some problems.

When the server first came online again i could see our tape library but two tape devices (Tape0 & Tape1) was in service mode, the third tape device (Tape2) was not.. I tried to recover some files from tape but i didn't work.

I decided to remove the library and add it again. I have several times before removed and add the library in Networker without any problems but now it seems that Networker only find two devices which is Tape0 and Tape1, Tape2 device won't show up and not the library itself.

Here is and example of error when i scan for a new devices:

I have also tried the Inquire command were i only see two devices and no Jukebox.

The backup server is running Windows Server 2012 R2 and device manager i can only see 2 tape devices. Should be three. We are running EMC Networker 8.1.1.3.

I really need help with this. Why won't it find our Tape library?

We use IBM Scalar i500 as library.
