MLAG Partner Switch WARN

I've configured and cabled my switches (single tier MLAG with 2 peer switches and 1 partner switch) and I'm getting this message on the partner switch. I'm using port-channel 2 for the connections. Partner switch is a 2048 connecting to 2 4032s. The configuration on all the switches, ports, etc. looks okay, but apparently I've missed something.

This message repeats on the partner switch every 30 seconds. What does it mean?
