I work in an area that does not allow for wireless connections except in specific spots.  It is a violation of our security policy to activate a wireless connection even for a moment.  What I am wondering is if there is a means by which to set the internal wireless card in the D610 to off upon boot.  Then as a user I can choose to activate it when needed from with in Windows.  Thank you for your time.
