Dell C840 Wireless connection

To all,

I've a Dell C840 laptop, I installed an Intell pro 2200/BG mini card and installed the driver, I went to

the system device and it showed that it's working properly, but why I don't see the wireless icon in the task bar? Am I missing something? Thanks...

Open Network Connections, right click your wireless connection and select Properties, then put check marks in the two boxes at the bottom.

I'm using Windows 2000 Pro. I don't see a wireless connection. Where do I see that? Thanks...

Great - it's always good to know which version of Windows you are running before starting the troubleshooting process.
