live updates

I Have apply norton live updates without interruptiny me checked, but the only way I can get the update's is manualy. Why?

Norton live update will only check perodicly for updates maybe that is the reason?

Live Update can get corrupted. Norton's web site has a fix you can try. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/2001082115564506?Open&src=lnk_en
