TM 1184 dropping packets
I've got a TM 1184 at the house, and it appears to be dropping packets intemittently. I am able to reproduce the problem consistently by performing an upload of a multimedia file to remote Windows Media Server via port 80. After 7 seconds the session disconnects. This problem happens to both my wired and wireless clients. To isolate this problem, after spending many hours cursing the ISP on the remote end, I finally unplugged my system from the TM1184 and connected directly to my cable modem. To my surprise, everything worked great. So, the 1184 is obviously dropping packets for some reason. I played around w/ port forwarding or port triggering but to no avail.
My Questions:
What/ where is the latest firmware?
Are there any patches for the firmware?
Is there any way to get into a "diagnostic" mode of the 1184 to see what might be going on?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

This is the latest Dell offers, found in an Advanced Search of just the Downloads:
http://support.dell.com/filelib/Format.aspx?ReleaseID=R56059
All firmwares for the 1184:

Try using a different channel like channel 11. Also move any 2.4ghz phones or 2.4 ghz cpu computers (or notebooks throttled down to 2.4ghz) away from the 1184.
