Venue 9
What it is. i bought a new wireless router for my broadband and used the wireless key to setup my laptop, everything went well. Now, tried to setup my venue 9, and not getting any internet access, though i used the same wireless key as for my laptop. A message on the wireless icon, just says "Limited". The venue 9 has win 8.1.

Do you have access limited by MAC address? Can you ping google.com? Can you ping 173.194.33.5?
Things you might try without knowing the above:
1) Network and Sharing Center, turn on Network Discovery.
2) Open a Command Prompt, type in:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
