hey yall , looking at upgrading the case fans for the 7020 M/T, 

fans- 120mm corsair RGB fan ( idc about lights was free ) and 80mm noctua NF-R8 1800rpm

what id like to do is swap out the old fan in the rear with the 80mm 4 pin

and put the 120mm in the front after removing the HDD/SSD caddy.

from what I understand I need 1. 4 pin to SATA 15 pin 2. a resistor to slow down the fan speeds. 

is this a good setup with the cables I have chosen? 

do I need a resistor for the fans?
