Hey guys, new to the group and new to building computers. 

I have set my eyes on the 3020 M/T as my first PC to build. from the information, I have gathered that the CPU is due for an upgrade.

In Canada, the I7 Processors are very pricey so I looked around on youtube and found the Xeon series is a great alternative. I did a little googling and was looking for a second opinion on a small list of Xeon processors that could be and are compatible with the H81 chipset. 

since the 3020 is haswell base and the socket is 1150 

Xeon ES 1220 V3 all the way to  ES 1286 V3 should work.

L- is the low-power CPU,

confirmed Xeon that has worked so far-
