no such thing as one size fits all for 3080 or any other optiplex model.
There are Various Sizes
MT (Mini Tower)
AIO(ALL IN ONE)
DT (Desktop)
MFF (Micro Form Factor)
SFF (Small Form Factor)
USFF (Ultra Small Form Factor)Regulatory Model (Mini-Tower): DCSM or DCSM1F
Regulatory Model (Desktop): DCNE or DCNE1F
Regulatory Model (Small Form Factor): DCCY or DCCY1F
Regulatory Model (Ultra Small Form Factor): DCTR or DCTR1FDepends on the size and standard vs optional power supply. There are 65w,180W, 240W, 260w ,300w, 500w Optiplex models.
UPS units should be true sine wave to avoid damage to PFC power supplies.
Microsoft pulled the Health check app it now says coming soon.

Input is 3.2A. That input rating is at max load, not while idling, internet surfing, etc.
It's entirely up to you if you want to have a UPS or not. Do you have frequent power outages?
II was unable to find UPS requirements for the 3080 - like if it has to be True or Pure Sine Wave, and not Modified Sine Wave or Quasi Sine wave.

Thanks a lot for the help.
I saw this information in the manual.
But I would like to know the maximum consumption in watts.
Here the energy runs out from time to time, but it does.
I'm thinking of purchasing a pure sine nobreak.
I plan to get a P2219H monitor.
A 700 va UPS would support optiplex and this monitor?thanks

Volts x amps = watts. 120v x 3.2a = 384w.
