OptiPlex 7090 MT, ram not working
I purchased 128 gigs in 4 DIMMS DDR 4 3200 for my 7090 MT i7-11700 and it does not recognize the ram.
I noticed stock ram is 1.2 V. This ram is 1.35 V.

Could that be the issue ?

That is high performance RAM and the 1.35V is due to the RAM factory overclocking. Remember that the Optiplex series is a business model and not designed for high performance RAM upgrades. For the 7090 that would not be compatible RAM. The most compatible would be at Crucial as found here.
