Optiplex 790MT GPU upgrade problem

I have an optiplex 790mt i3 2120Ghz,8GB ram ddr3, 265w psu

I'm looking to replace the current GPU(ati radeon hd 4550 512mb) with something better but I encountered a few problems

My monitor supports only VGA ports so the graphic card must have vga ports. At first i wanted to get a gt1030 but 

it only supports dvi ports.

So at the end of the day I need the ''best'' GPU that has vga port included.

The reason of this upgrade is that I want to play the new fps Valorant but i get only 30 fps in game with everything on low. I want at least medium to high settings.

    I suggest you consider upgrade the i3 2120 to a 2nd or 3rd gen i5 (or i7) cpu that is c/w 790MT for your gaming application.  the i3 will severely limit any decent gpu you invest in.

    for now if you want a best gpu that matches the i3 2120, it is GTX 660.  use a DVI to VGA adapter for your VGA only monitor.

    Your video card's DVI output should have DVI-I (digital and analog output) not only DVI-D (digital output only)

    Graphic card and processor will work great together

    Intel Core i3-2120 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 0.65% of bottleneck.
