Hi - I'm missing the password for an idrac8 in a PE R730. I'm trying to determine how I can either reset the password or the idrac config. I had a technician try accessing the the idrac settings in the BIOS but there wasn't an option to set the password. He also tried selecting "Configure server for remote access" through the lifecycle controller but there wasn't a user configuration option. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's currently running ESXi 5.1
