I have swapped a motherboard on a R210 II

the one I bought from ebay has bios 1.1.1

I have run LCC and it wont update, it just gives errors to do with file missmatch

I've installed windows 2016 and tried updating the bios from exe files to 2.8, 2.2 and 1.3 but it doesnt work it says successful and reboots normally with no upgrading of the bios.

today I tried resetting the jumper for NVRAM which didn't help

I've now installed centos 6 and run a FW update to 1.3 like below:

when it reboots, it reboots normally and still shows bios 1.1.1 like below:

I've also tried resetting drac card (drac enterprise fw 2.85)
