Yes, you can use 96G91 to replace either of the other drives. All of the drives are nearly identical specifications. 96G91 has 32MB cache, the other two drives have 64MB. If you have drive caching enabled then you may have reduced performance using 96G91. Most of our RAID controllers disable drive cache by default because it is not battery backed. In the event of power loss you may have corrupted or missing data if drive cache is enabled.
Hello Daniel, many thanks for your answer although I am a little confused about the buffer amount of each HDD. I know that: 96G91 = 5TFDD = 64 MB; 7YX58 = 32MB. Can you confirm this?

The other two drives are 64MB.
