I am not showing the drive as compatible, as it looks to be mostly supported by the 13th generation servers, and not any of the 14th generation systems like the T340,

And where can I find the list of compatible hard drives for G14 servers?

There isn't one per se, as the list would be changing at least daily. You can check in Parts for my Dell, under each of the servers. I would also suggest contacting your sales rep, or if you like you can give me the server types, and drive specs you require, and I can get you the information as well. 

Unfortunately our sales rep. don't have information about G14 drives.

Could you please give me information for these servers?:

1. Dell PowerEdge T340 1xE-2236 1x16Gb 1RUD x8 1x1.2Tb 10K 2.5in3.5 SAS RW H330 iD9En 1G 2P 1x495W 3Y NBD (210-AQSN-3).

2.Dell PowerEdge T140 1xE-2274G 1x16GbUD x4 1x1Tb 7.2K 3.5" SATA RW H330 iD9Ex 1G 2P 1x365W 3Y NBD (210-AQSP-4).

What I need is just one additional drive for RAID1 array, 1.2 Tb SAS / 1 Tb SATA.

Is the 1.2TB SAS for the T340, and the 1 TB SATA for the T140 or is it 1 of each of the drives a re needed for both servers?

One 1.2 TB SAS for T340
One 1 TB SATA for T140.
