I am trying to help a Physician friend with a Precision T3600.  It came with a PERC H310 controller with a single drive set to RAID 0.  He is starting to get bad sectors as reported by MEGARAID.   My attempted solution was to add a disk and change to RAID 1 to set up mirroring before the drive fails.  The manual seems to indicate that RLM/OCE is an option.

I cannot access any PERC BIOS commands that will let me change the virtual drive RAID and add a disk.  I can see the added disk and only get it to "Hot Spare" status.

I could not find any information on whether the card needs a firmware upgrade to effect this change.  I thought maybe the machine did not come with that level of functionality since it only shipped with one disk.

Does anybody have any idea what I should do to keep try and accomplish my plan?
