There are responses here telling you to return to seller or replace a motherboard. Just go to ebay and search for "8fc8 unlock" to purchase the master password. Only takes minutes. I bought my laptop from the streets with cash and it was locked, so my only option is ebay. Now it is working perfectly after the unlock. Good luck!
