Hi All,

I have tried to replace two Dell cartridges now on one of our 2330dn printer and both cartridges are throwing the 32.01 Replace unsupported print cartridge error. I have taken the toner cartridge from another printer and that works so it seems to be an issue with the chip. I updated the firmware but this has not helped. The two cartridges one was from Staples while the other was from BestBuy. Both cartridges are M797. Any help would be appreciated.
