I recently bought a Dell 5100cn. I am quite happy with the printer but for one thing. It is almost impossible to print envelopes using this printer.

 

Every time I load a set of envelopes(plain white No.10 size) and give a print, I get the message indicating a Paper Jam. There are no paper jams when I check the printer.

 

I get this message about 9 out of 10 times. I have checked and rechecked the tray loading instructions, Reloaded the MPF tray, pulled back the front panel and put it back,...more or less everything. I seem to be able to print envelopes some 1 in 10 times (if I get lucky).

 

This is a brand new printer so I was wondering if this is a common problem faced by others. If not then maybe that the printer is broke and Dell delivered a faulty one to me. Anyone else facing this problem?
