I've printed test pages & a cartridge cleaning page & the colour cartridge is working fine, but the black isn't printing at all. It printed just fine two days ago, but went all wonky yesterday, when it printed one page fine & then the next page without any black ink. I've tried cleaning the cartridge headers & following ALL of the many pages of support info (that just loops in upon itself when you've run through the routine), but to no avail. The cartridge levels say that it has plenty of ink, so I don't know what's wrong?
I wanted to open a chat with technical support, but it looks like the warrany has expired, so I'm supposed to pay now?!?
Hopefully someone here will be able to suggest something?!
