I ordered and received via email information my software was accessible via the Digital Locker.  I went to the Locker and tried to access the software via activation on the manufacturer's website.  The Locker has an entitlement id.  It does not have an activation code.  I tried the entitlement id on the activation page and it did not work.  What can I do?
