I couldn't find anywhere else to post this, but I purchased MS Office 2013 with my XPS 8500. However, when I tried to run it I asked for a product key which was supposed to come with the documentation. I couldn't find it though; so where am I supposed to get the key?
Thanks for reaching out. The Microsoft Product Identifier (MPI) card should be in the box in which you received the system. Was this system purchased from QVC?
I just stumbled on this old post. I bought a Dell Venue 11 Pro on 05 March 2014 and when it arrived on 18 March it too was missing the MPI card. It seems Dell products have been shipped for a number of years without the MPI cards in the packaging. The earliest I found so far is over three years ago. Trying to get a replacement looks like taking over a month which is very poor service. Maybe I should have searched the Net before deciding on a Dell! Not much else to say as I just have to wait for it to be shipped from the other side of the world.
