Office update website

As shown on the website link above, I am unable to check for updates to my office software. The office website does not have any kind of troubleshooting articles for my issue.

Sorry, you have to tell us exactly what the problem is. Your link took me to an imageshack home page, not to a specific image.

From that message, it looks like the site is down. Clear your browser cache and temp files and try again some other day.

My bad, try only the top link. Basically the office website is unable to check for updates as shown in the photo. If I click on try again, I get the same message.

    Hi 2350,
I have vista 32 bit Home Premium and MS Office Enterpricse 2007.

I get automatic updates of my Office 2007.

You could choose that automatic windos activated and it does both the VISTA and MS Office, I think.

The office update website seems to be working again, however if the website attempts to find updates for me, I get the following screen:

To add some more information on what I just posted, I do have administrative privileges on my computer. If I ran detection again, I would get the same screen so the possible cause is either three or four or both. I don't have any idea on the status of my windows installer patch files so I'll need step by step instructions to locate the files and then from there I can say if I have them or not. I don't know the status of my windows installer version so I'll need step by step instructions on how to find the version and update if nessary. To give a little back story on the office updates, I believe that I did at one point after 2003, was able to check and install any office update that I needed, however somewhere between 2003 and 2007, something went wrong and I have unfortunately, be unable to fix the problem. If I search for updates in the office catalog, the critical updates do not install if I download them seperately.
