My Dell computer came with Excel Starter 2010. It no longer works so I want to uninstall and reload the software. Can I get the software through Dell ? I already went to Microsoft and they want to charge me Tech time. This is a bunch of baloney since there the ones that sent out an update and messed up the configuration of the application.
