I've swapped CPUs, RAM, full slots, half full slots, 1 stick,  multiple sets, none installed at all. Multiple pairs of dual and quad processors, swapped the entire CPU system board with a different confirmed working one. System always gets to configuring memory and never progresses. Worth noting, no matter the position of the NVR CLR jumper the system just goes right to configuring memory and hangs there forever, it never says clearing bios or anything.I've reseated iDrac, reseated CPUs, reseated all add-in cards and cables, removed all add-in cards, HDDs in, HDDs out, no peripherals attached, ect. It always hangs. 

Really stumped on this one. What am I missing. How is the system this stuck. I've had multiple other serves running fine on identical hardware setup. Like I said, I even replaced the entire mainboard with a confirmed working one.
