MD3200 controller replacement
So, I will be replacing an MD3200 controller replacement as the error is stated as Controller 1 "Removed". I am quite concerned of things like firmware mismatch when i replace it with a new controller. Considering this is an enclosure connecting to a critical production server, I would not like to get downtime for this activity. Anyone has any advice on this kind of replacement?

My experience of changing several MD3200i controllers is that the replacement will automatically reflash itself upon insertion to match the firmware level of the other live controller. I have seen this work with both upgrade and downgrade.
